The Canada Goose Men's Freestyle Vest is a lightweight down vest for active winter sports and adventures. The vest is packed with 625 fill power white duck down, providing a boost of warmth at your core. Canada Goose gives the Freestyle a one on their Thermal Experience Index, which is measured in Celsius. The one rating is for lightweight gear for those that are active, warm down to 5°/-5°. That is totally confusing and I'm not very good with Celsius, so if you don't want to look that one up, that means 41°/23° in Fahrenheit. The regular fit is built for layering over base layers and under hard shells, the durable outer fabric holds up to the abuse as you ski down the mountain or enjoy a winter snowshoe on your favorite trail. The multitude of pockets secure a map, pocket knife, and headlamp so you're always at the ready. Longer in the back than the front provides coverage for those cold upward drafts.
Products on Sale are Discontinued Styles or Colors.

Very well made, but in-between sizesI'm 5'8", long torso, powerlifter's build. I wear large tops. I ordered the large vest. It was too big, but probably would had been ok with a big hoody under it. I returned it for the medium. The medium is a snug fit. It will be good with a thin base layer, but won't work with bulky clothes under it. I'm in the southeast US so it may work out just fine. The weather has been so odd this year, I haven't had the chance to really give it a good chance. It's made very well, and Canada Goose is one of the better companies for "ethical" sourcing.

Couldn't ask for more in a vest! This is my second Canada Goose Freestyle vest. I still wear my first one but love the choice of colors. This won't be my last too. Very warm, water resistant and a very rugged external fabric too. Not afraid that it'll rip and leak down. Plus it's made in North America. Well worth the extra cost.,,,,The only downside is that is that it needs to be dry cleaned when it's dirty instead of machine washed so you have to try and keep it as clean as possible in between cleanings.,,,,Otherwise love it! Highly recommend.

Feeling a little too big, 180cm, 68kgMy height is 180 cm, weight 68 kg, chest 90 cm.,,This piece vest color quite like it, but I was wearing a little big.,,Maybe I should try to gain weight a little, who can provide free and delicious beef and beer, please contact me.,,：）,,Well, for me, perhaps XS code would be a better choice.

Extremely warm vest, very functionalAs with all canada goose products, you should definitely order a size down. I am usually a medium and it was too big, a small was a much slimmer, better cut. It has multiple pockets, two to slide in a phone and a iPod or something and two separate pockets for your hands! fantastic! Got it in the forest green, really nice deep color. I tried a similar vest by Patagonia, and the C. Goose was much warmer, especially when buttoned up - its pretty much a barrier between you and the outside

There is nothing better than Canada Goose for staying warm!!Our family loves Canada Goose. It is a bit pricey, but well worth the money. It will last a lifetime if you take care of it. There is nothing warmer in sub zero conditions. The bright colors make a fashion statement also. We started with one vest and all my boys were borrowing my husband's so they each wanted their own. The vest is a great layering garment, but the parkas are full blown cold gear. Enjoy Canada Goose products year after year. Nothing I own is as warm as this!!

Like giving an AK47 to a NinjaIt's hard to go wrong with Canada Goose. Typically I wear XL in all my other clothing, but the L was what fits perfectly. I'm wearing this to work, around town, walking the dog, trail running, mountain biking, and eventually I'll be using this to layer while skiing/snowboarding. I'll also use it under my leather motorcycle jacket when riding season picks back up next year. The collar is tall, and thick enough to keep my neck warm, and I so dig the felt lining in the side pockets which really helps to keep the wind out. They're like little nests of happiness! The back of the vest is longer than the front keeping my lower back warm and provides less opportunity to share a plumber's crack with passersby . Price wise it's a bit more than other brands, but what you get in quality is worth every penny and then some! Get yours now because once they're out of stock you are out of luck til next year.

I own 3... that says it all!I own this vest in the black, spirit, and camo colorways. I get compliments all the time when I wear them. They are perfect for a chilly night out on the town where you might not be wanting to wear a full coat. Not only are they warm, but they are also stylish when worn as an "accessory" over a hoody, sweater, or long sleeved shirt or flannel. I'm 5'5" and I weigh 195-lbs. I wear a size 44 suit jacket, and a large fits me well. This is a "regular fit" vest, so if you own any other Canada Goose "slim fit" jackets, parkas, etc., and like how their "slim fit" feels, you might want to size down depending on your body type and fit preferences as this is definitely a little more of a relaxed fit. The material is also very nice as it is water resistant and seems more durable/abrasion resistant compared to my CG Hybridge Lite Jacket that I use to layer under my CG Timber Shell. I definitely recommend these vests!

StylishI have a Canadian Goose Coat and absolutely love it, so when I saw 15% off on the vest I figured I'd try it. It's constructed beautifully and looks great....It fits a little short and very high in the collar though...Good for those 30 degree days I guess
