Rated 3 out of 5 by from This is a cheap solid crampon that works with any boot, but not extremely well. Just took these out on a long winter hike, I had a few problems with them. while hiking up I found the heal piece caused hot spots on my heals, but it really shouldn't be loosened otherwise the boot can slide out. Because they're 'universal' their one width. My boots are narrow at the ends so they fit the crampon, but the foot plates/spread is pretty narrow, so I found myself constantly rolling my ankles. Also the straps need tightening every mile or so, I had my foot twist out of them a few times (specially when it was rocky). ,,On the other hand, they did provide good traction, were pretty cheap, and got me up and down just fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Prefection This is a great crampon, i like the included bag. Yes, they are steel, so dont leave them wet, and they are a bit heavy, but still awesome for the price. I dont like hard boots, these fit on my north face winter boots well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Heavier than I thought I bought these as an introductory pair of crampons for a friend. Will definitely do the job. Only 3 oz heavier than my Grivel G12s but feels like more. Flat antibott.,,
