"Light weight, great for belay!" 06/04/12

This is a great light weight screw gate that is perfect for belaying. I have the black one with the matching belay device. My friends have used it and have been impressed by how light it is. It's also very affordable! I would recommend this carabiner to any of my friends.

"Cave tough" 09/13/11

I love camp products. They are a great name and have been around and the price on their equipment is great as well. I bought alot of these biners and they were better than what i had expected for as cheap as i got them. These are nice big biners . I use them for holding gear such as rope pads and handlines when we go caving. I got these for the price as i didnt want to get anything nice for caving as it will just get abused. these have stood up real well with all the mud and grime. If you are looking for a good cheap biner then this is the one for you. Plus you can buy it from Moosejaw for a great price!!

"love it for a toprope anchor" 04/15/10

i love this biner for a top rope anchor coupled with my orbit draws. the gate opening isn't as wide as i would like for other applications. but it has a nice smooth gate and it's easy to screw lock which is why i enjouy it. in my opion a good product when used where is should be and a slightly annoying product when used otherwise.

"Small size, lightweight, and overall kinda nearly decent" 02/18/10

I bought these specifically for going in direct on sport climbs. I had large Omega D locking biners and the big nose made it difficult to plug multiple things into the same hanger. These camp biners are tiny and have a nice small keylock nose that definitely makes the anchor station a bit more orderly. However, outside of sport climbs they mostly just hold my stinky shoes to my pack as I air 'em out on the subway ride back from the gym...Great if you want a small locking biner. Bad if you plan on getting too dirty, as the screw gate is very susceptible to sand and can easily be over-torqued.

"you get what you pay for" 01/27/10

looks cool, low price, light weight, 22kN, made in china, screw lock feels sorta cheap, UIAA certified, overall is a decent carabiner for the price you pay.
