Decent crampon .... not for "true" ice climbingI use these with winter boots without "welts" for steep Adirondack trails, crampons are decent for non-vertical uses and accomodate my big boots. I don't like the strap system which was too small for my big boots and impossible to use without bare hands. Good if used for non-steep terrain.

DecentI've used these on my size 12 snowboard boots for two seasons and they've held up pretty well. The pin system used to extend the crampons has released on me a few times during climbs, requiring refitting in some non-ideal locations. Wouldn't use these for any technical ice climbing.
