| i am obsesssssssed with my camel back water bottle cause i spill a lot and it is pretty much the anti spill in my personal opinion...... so i picked this puppy up to give me some extra length so i can stick my fave water bottle in a pack and continue to hydrate and NOT spill. so i'd say 10 out of 10 as far as i'm concerned, it hooks up easily, doesn't leak and makes hydrating hands free a breeze. SO.. if you have ha camel back water bottle and want to travel or participate in any activity hands free but still get your drank on then buy this. its for sure worth it! | |

I was a customer of a competitor of yours (Altrec) and they have been dropping the ball lately with their service. I ordered a North Face jacket from them for my wife and it showed up in a ripped bag and the jacket was damaged from shipping. I returned it and ordered the same jacket from you for my wife. It showed up in a box and in perfect condition. Plus your price was cheaper. It takes them on avg about two weeks to credit me back when I return something.
