"A bladder with no place to go" 		          10/08/09
A normal bladder that you can jam into or yank out of the insulated cover. Doesn't fit too easily into my packs' space for a normal bladder. However, you can attach to the outside of a pack with pack straps, etc. and the insulation helps.

"Have a ready supply of water" 		          09/26/09
This product works great. It can either fit inside your pack or attach to the outside. You can even take it out of the insulated cover and put inside your pack if your pack has a place for a hydration system. The water tastes great from this. It is much easier to care water this way instead of lugging water bottle around. The wide opening is great.

"Excellent, simple way to stay hydrated on the trail and off!" 		          08/26/09
I have a Deuter Aircontact Lite 45+10 SL with hydration sleeve and strap loop, and it is perfect. I have not used the insulation sleeve so far. The bladder is easy to fill and clean. There is enough room to fit your hand inside versus top-fill reservoirs. I hang it upside down sans insulation sleeve on a shower rod with something to prop it open, minus bite valve, and let it sit for a few days to dry. No cleaning kit! On the trail, the bite valve is easy to use and has never leaked on me or come off. I have never noticed an unpleasant taste. I recently purchased an MSR Hyperflow filter, and am looking forward to being able to fill up my reservoir without removing it from my pack.

I was trying to decide between a bunch of different bladders and after I did my research I decided on this one. The thing that I really like about it is that you can take the bladder out of the casing. The one thing that I'm not sure off yet is the way you can secure it to your pack........to me it would have made more sense to put loops of some sort in place of those little plastic clips. The hydrolock is also a great addition.

No, this thing's better than a gallon jug. I like how well it fits in my pack, but if I want to carry it on the outside I'll have to do some modifications to it. specifically to the buckles you see on either side. these should be D-rings, but instead I found the type of buckle in to which you insert a 1" strap. My pack is missing this particular configuration of straps, as are most any other pack I've seen. On the positive side of this hydration sack, every thing else about it is top notch, no bad taste, quality hardware on the bite valve and the fill hole is secure.

"Holds a lot of water and keeps it cold." 		          02/27/09
The insulation works and keeps condensation from getting other stuff wet. Fits nicely into the hydration section of my Osprey Talon 22 pack. Did leak, but I think because I slept with my feet on top of it, so the On/Off Camelbak attachment may be a wise investment. Simple shoulder straps would be a nice addition for just going on a run.

I bought this hydration pack in hoping that it would hold enough water, so that I can leave my 2 nalgene bottles at home and it certainly did. The unbottle has an outer shell/sleeve that not only insulates liquids, it further protects the inner hydration pack from damage, it also helps anchor the pack to the outside of a backpack. The hydration pack can be removed from the sleeve and can be used by itself, which makes the pack lighter to carry around. It fits fine into my Aether 85 even with the sleeve on.

I bought this to put in my Osprey pack for long hauls. I had a Platypus bladder in there, but it would drip on me (mouthpiece) and was only 2L. I mainly wanted more capacity, and I've never once had a problem with Camelbak products. Had quite a few too!

This thing holds plenty of water for all day. Love the insulation keeps water good and cold. Easy to use, fits in my pack hydration pocket perfectly. Looking forward to hunting season to use it then!

"Awesome Hydration pack, get one, seriously!!!" 		          08/10/08
Easy to fill up and clean which is always a plus with hydration packs. This was my first camlbak and not dissapointed at all. A little hard to fit in a osprey pack but works great nonetheless once you get in there. I will be picking another one up in camo for this upcoming hunting season!!
