I have used about 10 packs of this in my nalagen and when i go to put water in it with no tablets I can't even tell if there has been a flavored drink in their. Where as before I used to put gatorade in their and it ruined my old nalagen cause i can still taste it when i drink plain water.

This stuff is great. I can't take all of the sugar in most sports drinks. This has all of the electrolytes that you need without all of the sugar.

I didn't do no reaserch on the content. I just know it tastes good and you do not have to clean you camelback after use. Very conenient, that is what I care for.

Tastes great as long as your water is cold. Awful taste in warm water!! Do not take them backpacking--Heavier than a box of rocks-I wasn't about to leave my box of rocks behind!!!

with this product in my camelbak i no longer worry about bacterial growth or dehydration. it doesn't exactly taste great but it's ok and it prevents dehydration, so overall i would but it again

"taste good - nutritional value v.poor/over priced" 		          05/26/07
A close inspection of the nutritional value of these suggests they are really not that good. I don't believe the amount of each vitamin they've included in each tablet is sufficient. Better than nothing, but if you also factor in the 83cents/tab.excluding ship. cost, it doesn't add up at all. Now, they do taste good - and that's a significant factor. Currently I use them to 'mask' the taste of another effervescent vitamin/mineral supplement which is far superior, but doesn't taste too good - the two of them together make a good couple though So if you're buying them for taste & go ahead. But if you're buying them for nutritional reasons/benefits, shop around and find a better produc

"Way better than carrying pouches of powder from the big name electrolyte drink companies" 		          05/20/07
Taste is very good - not sweet or too acidic. They dissolve in H2O like crazy ready for rapid drinking. They're pretty portable in the tube and don't rattle around or get crumbly. I've used them on some long training runs and I'm sold enough to use them as my primary drink in a 50K trail run next weekend. Hopefully, I won't regret it later..
