The CamelBak Blowfish 70 oz Hydration Pack is a hiker's day pack for staying hydrated and carrying the essentials along on the trail. Whether you're packing lunch or just a few extra layers, the Blowfish can go from a slim 12L volume to a 17L volume with a quick unzip. Once all your delicious food has been devoured, zip the extra space closed for a lighter, more streamlined trip home. The 70oz hydration bladder is included, and is housed in a separate zippered compartment at the backpanel. The small top pocket is fleece lined to protect your phone, mp3 player, or sunglasses while on the trail. Great for the longer daysI'm now on my third blowfish due to a couple of incidents with crashes and rocks, but that's more like user error... Otherwise they last pretty well. Each time the design gets a little better, and this one rocks.,,,,Good things: Supes comfy. Simple look. Fits more than you'd think if you're clever. More than one "right on top" spot for handy gear (camera, lip balm, etc).,,,,Not so good things: No dedicated space for the bladder - I often have to unpack stuff to get the bladder back in (sorry, but Osprey do this way better - I also have a Manta for UL overnighters when I have to refill). Can't really strap a jacket to the outside to max out capacity.

Just enough for a 4 hour roundtrip! You can put water, a jacket, a first-aid kit and a few more bare essentials, but that is it!
