Most advanced tights I have ever worn..and they keep you warm no matter what.I usually wear these on long runs to help my hamstrings recover because they are made with specifications to support your muscles and knee joint. I run in these when it's cooler out..I run in 20 to -15 degree weather with these because they are so good at keeping you warm through those chilly runs. I wear a small in these, but I wear xs in all other brands of tights. They tend to be made on the short side, so keep that in mind when ordering. I am thoroughly impressed with what these can do..and you will also! Pricey, but totally worth it and they'll last a long time. Mine have no signs of wear yet. ,,great gear = happy training.
