The Burton Women's Cadence Jacket is a snowboarding jacket for staying dry in whatever weather the earth is treating you with while on the slopes. The waterproof/breathable fabric prevents snow from soaking in on you, whether it's falling from the sky or you're falling into the snow when catching an unseen rut. A powder skirt keeps the cold, white fluff from going up your back and the front flap covers the front zip from letting cold air and any moisture from soaking in. Zippered pockets on the exterior, plus a zippered pocket and a single mesh stash pocket on the interior gives you a place for gloves, goggles, hat and smartphone.

I was wondering if this coat is warm. It says it will keep you dry but does it have any insulation?
Asked by: Cheryl
Hiya Cheryl, thanks for your question! This jacket has 60 grams of insulation in the body and 40 grams of insulation in the sleeves. It also has a 2-layer membrane shell to keep out wind and rain. It probably wouldn't be the warmest for sitting on a bus stop or watching a game outside, but it will keep you toasty warm while participating in snow sports. Hope this helps!
