Its cheap and it works. Pretty basic but if your just looking for north it does the trick. Got this for my little nephew to begin his hiking collection.

This is a standard, solid compass that will more than suffice for your camping needs. It is solid enough that I think it will last a few years and that's more than I can ask. Happy trails.
