"This is it!"  04/15/11

This is a draw that handles pretty much the same like any other one, for almost half the weight. Buy a dozen!

"The oz is the best you can get right now."  02/02/11

I recently purchased these in a last minute day tripping adventure to climb in KY on a nice January Saturday. The Oz quickdraw carabiners are the greatest on the market, easy to clip and so lightweight, crucial for any mission. I love the lock in gate also! One thing I do wish they had an extra stitch on the dogbone, to prevent twisting, but good thing I know how to sow, overall I love these, and I can't wait to get more!! Enjoy :)

"Flawless."  10/08/10

I recently competed in the 24HHH comp in Jasper, AR and have to say, having these draws helped immensely. I has been using the BD Quicksilver draws (I've got 24 of them), but decided that for the comp I wanted to save the weight and bought 15 of these badboys. I have to say, I could hold 5 of these in one hand, and 3 of the old ones in the other, and not tell the difference. Hiking in the harness, climbing with them on my gear loops, clipping them: couldn't feel the weight. I will NEVER buy a heavier draw again. In terms of weighting the rope, falls, length, I would change nothing. The 12 cm dogbone does have its limits, but that's what we carry extendable draws/slings for, right?

"Super Light...... One of the best Draws out there"  01/08/10

I really like these draws and Oz carabiners. The only reason I am not totally psyched on this specific one is I am not a huge fan of short draws and these are a little shorter. I ended up buying the next size up dogbone.

"Light is sometimes perfect"  11/20/09

I’m an alpinist so size and weight matters. The biner is brilliant. Many manufacturers decrease biner weight by shrinking the size and working strength. With gloves on, my standard 9.5 mm single rope or two 8.5 mm ropes clip in to these guys easy. You have enough room to work with clove and munter hitches. They are as strong as a climber needs. The dynex dogbone part of the quickdraw is light though too short for most alpine climbing – you’ll want to buy 30 though mostly 60 cm dynex slings for connecting protection to the rope in the ‘pine.Save and reward your hard work with the 20 Oz biners you’ll need for your alpine rack.

"Ultra Light!! Awesome quickdraw"  07/06/09

This quickdraw is ultralight!! I love it when I unhook this one off my harness because its like a relief holding it. This is the lightest quickdraw in my gear.

"The lightest quickdraw on the market!"  02/05/08

Half the weight of your average quickdraw! Great for ice climbing / mountaineering where you will be carrying all your gear in with you.
