The Black Diamond Men's Zone Shell is a waterproof jacket for staying dry on snowy, wet ski days. When the weather is unpredictable, GORE-TEX® 2L fabric is a trusty friend to have on your back. Incredible protection from hood to hem, zip up the front and tuck into the tall collar ask you hit groomed slopes or uncharted powder. Not only that, but PrimaLoft® Silver insulation has been packed on the inside, creating a toasty warm haven for you while the weather does its own cold thing. The powder skirt is stowable for in-town days and the armpit zips open wide, just in case you get too warm and need a quick cooling where it counts. Drop skins into the internal mesh drop-pockets and smaller items zip into the exterior chest pockets.
Products on Sale are Discontinued Styles or Colors.

Sweet piece.I live in a tropical place. There's no snow here. I travel to ski. I wanted a jacket for cold in-bounds days, short tours, and for my jaunts about town and city. This meets all my requirements. You'll want to pair it with a hoody or the like when it's really cold and you're moving at slower pace. The insulation is there for sure, just the right amount, not too much.
