Rated 4 out of 5 by from Kiss hip hickeys goodbye I love this pack, I bought it to upgrade from my external frame, and this does the job. It is super light, and the support system is unbeatable. the whole pack moves with you, I've never gotten blisters from this pack even after a week in Red River Gorge with a pretty heavy load. I much prefer it to my 125 liter behemoth for long trips. its also great for climbing as a haul bag for rope on the way to a wall, and its small enough to use on short trips.,,Pros: ,,-super light weight,,-Awesome support system,,-very streamlined/minimalist feel,,,,Cons:,,-Not much in the way of compartments,,-Nalgene's tend to fall out of the water bottle pocket,,-no separate compartment for a sleeping bag.,,

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No mesh backing/One belt pocket? This is a good pack: the swivel-belt is a great idea. Some may complain about the top-only access of the bag; this aspect doesn't bother me at all, but take note of it.,,,,Black Diamond would have an uncontested winner if they combined the swivel-belt with a mesh backing/air-flow system. I sweat a good deal, and after a little break, remounting a backpack wet with cooled sweat leaves me with a not-so-fresh feeling, ya' dig? ,,,,Another minor quibble: there is one pocket on the belt. I would pay the extra coin for two pockets (like most belts out there). The more readily accessible pockets, the better.,,,,I can recommend the bag, but I would recommend shopping around a bit more first.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just got it yesterday as a birthday present but i love it! The suspension system everyone seems to mention is outstanding as well as the fact that it actually isn't that awkward to load from the top even though it is an exceptionally large bag. I have also found that the ice axe loops can be used to hold a machete which is much better if you live in a wooded area. The overhead pocket is plenty big enough for me despite the complaints of other reviewers. Overall id give it probably a 9/10 just because i don't have any use for the hydration bladder compartment yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes everything seem light. I have the medium\50L. This pack is so great. The way it moves on your hips\shoulders is so comfortable and offers great climbing\scrambling mobility.,,The hip belt is super comfortable and easy to pull very tight. I've taken it on as airline carry on when it was cinched down very tight too.,,,,Where the hip belt socket joins into the pack is adjustable by a few inches so you can get a really nice fit with almost any torso.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Extremely light weight, if that's all you care about If all you care about is ultra light weight, this is the bag for you. You'll find nothing lighter, but also nothing with fewer options/features. It's basically just a tube on your bag. There's just a little pocket in the hood. And no other entry point besides top, which is annoying. ,,,,There's minimal back support/structure. It doesn't mold to your back at all. ,,,,But if you're a minimalist, there's nothing better!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most versatile pack I have to date. I bought this pack two years ago in gecko green(awesome color), and I've used it on almost all of my longer trips. I took this to Europe for 3 months and lived out of this pack and nothing else for the entirety of it. It held up perfectly, nothing ever broke on it or tore open. The part I love best about this pack are the numerous ways to synch down the contents and make the pack very clean looking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made me feel like a pro This is my first pack. It's designed climbing, but I got it for hiking/camping with minimal climbing. The swiveling hip belt allows you to stay agile on the trail. Very confotable for the long hall. Had plenting of cargo space for the 3-day winter camp. (with my sleeping bag and Thermarest attached to the outside of the pack) Great for beginner to intermediate hiker/camper.,,,,Joe H

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'd Buy It Again... Took this pack with me during several backpacking trips and a climb in the Tetons out preformed my other packs by NorthFace and Marmot. I love the articulating hip belt made a huge difference for me.,,,,I've also got a much heavier(and older) osprey and I prefer this bag. Great choice you won't be upset!
