so therethis tent is ok but damn if it aint the loudest damn thing ever created. Thats ok if you want to be spotted by rescue helicopters, but it suks if you want to be low key. I wish i had splurged a bit and got the awhanee but then it is heavier. the i tent is relatively easy to set up and easier still to take down. its really tall and if its really windy you could be in for a loud one. buy the attic and pocket pal with your free points.

Very easy and very quiet. This tent is a weapon. It is light and simple. So simple you cannot believe it. I was especially grateful when an evening storm made quick set up sort of critical. I was nice and dry all night. I have used a tent with a rain fly for years and it just takes more time than a single wall. This is quieter and just as effective in keeping out the weather. It is a higher priced tent, and it's new for me so I hope it lasts.

This tent is kick assJust got back from Rainier. We got slammed at camp Muir, we were actually braving the storm the night the climber lost it going for the summit. I have great video from inside the tent, too bad I can't upload for ya. But my tent rocked, wish I could say the same for all those there that night. Worth every cent, buy it!

You almost always get what you pay for. A cheap tent is just that.Have owned a Bibler Itent since before they sold out to Black Diamond. Used it on Mt. Washington, N.H. in February (-15F with wind 60mph) and was not affected by outside weather. Used it in Todos Santos, Baja in torrential rains and was dry. Amazing tent. I hope Black Diamond hasn't screwed it up.
