Great Belay BinerI really like this biner for belaying. I have been using this biner for several years and it is great for Belaying, no more cross loading while belaying. I use this with the Mammut Smart Alpine device and it is just big enough to accommodate the device and doesn't move around so I have piece of mind knowing that the device will function properly.
I don't use it for anything else but belaying as it isn't as well suited for much else.

Best belay biner aroundI just recently picked up the Gridlock Screwgate Carabiner and I am in love. It took a second to get used to the gate action to lock the belay loop on the bottom, but after a couple uses it is natural. I used to constantly have my Rocklock rotating while I belayed and it put my climber in some dangerous positions. I no longer have to worry about that and I can focus solely on my rope and climber.

Great for belaying!Doesn't rotate like my other biner. Easy to use, light. Makes me feel a lot more confident in my belay, and reducing the chance of equipment failure.
