Comfortable; warmth to be determinedThe glove is very comfortable and not too warm for walking in ~40, windy weather. I haven't had a chance yet to see how it fares in colder temps or in rain. It is soft and nicely flexible but definitely too bulky to manipulate small things or to put your hands into a coat pocket.
The fingers are short enough that I had to get a size larger than my hand width.
When I got the gloves, some of the fingers were stuck together, and when I separated them, some of the tan coloring came off the "leather" between the fingers.

Good all-around glovesThese gloves are quite warm, whether you are sitting still or doing something active. The leather may take a little time to soften and form to your hands, but the fleece liners are comfortable and allow for decent dexterity.
