Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Moosejaw! My son introduced me to Moosejaw and I love shopping here! I ordered this pack for my 21 year old son as a gift. He loved the pack, but unfortunately it was too close in size to a pack that he already had. I called my "buddies" at Moosejaw and they directed me to a larger pack. Moosejaw made my holidays this year. It had been a very tough year, but the whimsical nature and terrific customer service at Moosejaw, made my holidays so much brighter. I wish that I could give you more insight on the pack, but I can only say that if you don't like it, I'm sure the great folks at Moosejaw will help you out. Thank you guys for making my holiday season just a little brighter!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for ice climbing Love this pack! I have used it extensively for the past year for trad and ice climbing. Very comfortable to approach and climb in. The swing belt system takes a while to get used to but is really comfortable. Pack loads nicely and is very durable. I can get a full rack (trad or ice) plus a day or food and bottles as well as a belay jacket and shell inside. Rope and helmet strap on nicely. Love the no lid feature! If you want a pack to climb in this is a great choice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile across Climbing Disciplines I have used this pack in all situations: the days when I had class and my pack had to share space between books and climbing gear; climbing Mt. Stuart's North Ridge; alpine in the High Sierra; Ice cragging in NH's White Mountains. If you can get creative with your packing and all the external straps on this pack, you can climb most overnight alpine objectives.,,Thoughts: ,,Durability: 10 - I have abused the crap out of this bag and it still looks good.,,Craftsmanship: 9.5 - Good attention paid to construction materials. Places where the pointy objects are stored (i.e. crampons and ice tools) are made from sizable panels of abrasion-resistant fabric; some of the pull tabs on the zippers are finicky to handle in colder weather.,,Usability: 9 - This pack layout is great, and geared to those who don't mind giving up some pack features for the alpine: there are no places outside the pack to store a water bottle; the brain is fairly small and will not hold a lot of haphazardly packed gear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Comfortable, climbs very well i use this pack for hauling my climbing equipment. its a simple pack, however has just enough features to make everything work perfectly. the crampon pocket is awesome, and the small space on top of the lid is perfect for things like keys or snacks.
