OVERSIZE ITEM: We cannot ship this product by any expedited shipping method (3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day). Even if you pick that option, it will still go Ground Shipping. Sorry for being so mean. The HiLight Shelter by Black Diamond has a sturdy architecture. Steep walls and a wide ceiling create generous living space while the lean floor plan allows you to pitch it on couch-sized ledges. The mesh/fabric side-opening door is covered by a wide awning, promoting cross-ventilation and increasing its structural integrity as does its two and a half pole design. This architecture provides twice the structural strength over a basic cross-pole design, giving you shelter from full-on mountain conditions.

"Will fit two 6ft camp-liking guys with toys." |

| Is it waterproof? You’ll be sweet with a night of rain when the wind is below 20km/h. If the rain goes ridiculous, take down the poles and wrap yourselves in the tent under a safe rock. People vent frustration about tent condensation. But that’s cause they don’t vent their tents. You don’t want to be super warm, just that comfortably a little above cold type of warm. The tents cross-venting-attic design keeps the wind off you whilst refreshing the air. It's great for hot Yosemite summers and excels in the mountains. Crazy compact, it will handle 50 km/h winds. If you dream of sustaining a 3 day hike with just 10kgs of gear in a 45 liter pack, this will get you there and back. | |

"Light? yes. Convinient? no." |

| While the tent was still standing after the 8 inches of snow that night I still questioned my purchase. Set-up was difficult and the do-it-yourself seam sealing a pain, yet is weighs so-little. Looking back on that situation I wouldn't have minded carrying an extra 2 pounds as I am a bigger guy for a easier to use tent. | |

"Small, light, sturdy...great tent!" |

| Took this tent out for a test run...worked great! We had a windstorm come up and we were camping on the beach, it stood up to the wind very well several people commented on my little tent that could. Unfortunately, sand is not the best staking medium and eventually all the stakes came out and the tent fell over onto the only sharp pointy stick on the beach...at least a hole can be repaired. Haven't tried it for water-resistance yet hence the 4 antler rating maybe I'll set it up in the courtyard and wait for the sprinklers... | |
