The Focus Harness by Black Diamond is now built with SoftEdge construction, which vastly improves the harness's pressure distribution and provides an unrivaled degree of overall comfort and support. Adding to the comfort factor is the Focus's use of 3D molded foam in the waistbelt and padded, fixed leg loops. The four contoured gear loops are pressure molded for easy organization and speedy racking, even with a milk crate's worth of cams, draws, Stoppers and biners. Additionally, the haul loop is rated to 12 kN and the rear risers are adjustable/detachable.

"Makes Me Look Cool"  06/24/10

I haven't worn mine outside of the gym much yet, but I have found it to be pretty comfortable even with the non-adjustable leg loops. I think it's a sexy color too.

"First Harness..."  11/15/09

I am new to the sport of climbing and this is the first harness I have ever purchased. So far I have used it a decent amount and have found it to be very comfortable and easy to take on/off. I am 6'2" and about 180 lbs and was in between sizes with med and large and am very glad that I purchased the large harness. My thigh/waist measurement both barely indicated that I should purchase a medium, but I think I would have been really uncomfortable in that size.

"I love it"  08/31/08

I belay kids for 5 hours a day so I spend tons of time in my harness and I couldn't be happier with this. I've taken some whippers in it and it provided a very comfortable catch. The gear loops annoy me a bit and sometimes while hanging for long periods of time the harness will shift one leg above the other which in time leads to my circulation being cut off in one leg or the other but I think that's mostly my fault for hanging a specific way. I love this harness and would personally recommend it
