"Bad ASS Little Pack" 06/28/10
This pack is exactly that, a bad ASS little pack. I was looking for a smaller weather resistant day pack and found the perfect match with this bag's weather shedding ability and small lightweight size. If looking for a small bag, then this is just the bag to fit the bill. one zippered stash pocket inside and one divider used for either a water resevoir or whatever crap you want!
"A great summit pack" 08/06/08
I bought this pack with my moosejaw points WOOT! I give this pack to my second to use it on long multi-pitch climbing routes to carry the water, food, shoes, headlamps and so on. Should be perfect for climbing because sits high on the back and is slender enough for complete elbow clearance. Also great for long road bike rides. If you're traveling light and fast this is a good size pack. You could get slightly more than 2 - 2 liters bottles inside.
"Great all-around pack for a minimalist or light packer." 06/26/08
the Bbee works great as a day pack, stuff sack, pillow, or a food bag. Incidentally enough, it can hold up to thirty pounds of river rock, don't ask and will keep you entertained with stories around the fire deep into the night. That last statement may or may not be true. It repels water very well and is just big enough to schlep school books, rain gear and other random accessories, and because of the slim profile, works great for biking.
"not the greatest, but good" 06/01/08
this is pack is very plain. great for a small day hike or some off trail adventures. i'd use it more for going to class and holding some books. not the most flashy of packs but the orange does it justice.
"I can't live without it so you should probably give it a try." 01/17/08
This is honestly the greatest pack I have ever owned. I use it every day for school, rock climbing, and other daily activities. The size is perfect for a couple of books, or a Macbook, or your gear, but keep in mind that it is very small. The material is great too, and is outstanding when it comes to rain. My most beloved moosejaw purchase.
"Very nice, but small." 10/23/07
I bought this pack to replace an older Black Diamond pack that I bought in J-Tree in 1993. It is very nicely put together and has good padding both on the straps and in the back contact area and also has two zippered pockets inside. However, it is very small so beware. It will hold the equivalent of about 2, two liter bottles and that's all. This is not a problem with the pack, it's just smaller than I anticipated, my fault.
"Great little pack!" 09/19/07
My wife and I trekked all over Rome for a week and I wore this pack all day every day. It held a couple of rain jackets, two water bottles, snacks, two guidebooks, and a camera. It was comfortably cool on warm days, light, unobtrusive, and easy to stow at my feet in a trattoria or on the plane it also fit easily into my carryon bag.
"Typical BD high quality" 03/05/07
THIS IS THE MINI-ME TO THE '06 MODEL BULLET. BUT IT REPELS WATER BETTER. COMFORTABLE, SLIGHTLY PADDED BACK MEANS YOU DON'T ALWAYS HAVE TO SEARCH FOR A GRATUITOUS EXTRA PIECE OF CLOTHING TO PAD OUT THE BAG. ONE BIG POCKET FOR THOSE OF US WHO CAN'T REMEMBER WHICH POCKET THAT THING BLOCKEDKEYWORD YOU KNOW, THAT THING I'M LOOKING FOR BLOCKEDKEYWORD IS IN. A NICE, ALL-AROUND (TINY) BAG. FABRIC IS REALLY SLIPPERY. I DON'T KNOW IF THAT'S GOOD OR BAD, I'M JUST SAYING.
"Your employees are the greatest - extremely helpful and don't treat me like a senior citizen." 06/26/06
I may be in my late 50's but I'm still a kid at heart!! I've finally started riding my bike to work (on sunny days) and needed a light weight back pack to carry my stuff. This mango colored pack is great and it even matches my yoga mat!!
