|BIRKENSTOCK MEASUREMENT GUIDE|
• In addition to finding your correct fit, you will also need to keep in mind foot width. Selecting a bigger size than you normally wear to accommodate a wide foot is not the best option, and that is why Birkenstock also offers sizes in WIDE and NARROW widths.
• Birkenstock uses quality leathers, and that means they often feel stiff when you put them on for the first time. Before you take on the world in your new shoes or sandals, wear them at home for a few hours at a time so they soften and shape to your foot. If you decide to never take them off after you've broken them in, I won't judge you.
|HOW TO ENSURE A PROPER FIT|
• When you get your shoes or sandals home, take a seat in a carpeted room if possible. Remove the shoes from the box and gently flex them with your hands or even on the floor. Brand new Birkenstocks often feel stiff at first, so doing this little break-in activity will help soften them so they feel comfy sooner rather than later.
