The Big Agnes Two Track Pad is a self-inflating sleeping pad for lightweight comfort in the back country. The Two Track uses a high density foam to provide cushion underneath and protect you from the cold ground. The polyester on the outside of the pad is non-slip, so it stays put inside your Big Agnes sleeping bag sleeve, and won't slide on the tent floor. Inflate the pad via the valve with a little lung power for desired amount of firmness, or open the valve to let more air out. The rectangle is such a lovely shape. Upon waking in the morning, open the valve and leave it open as you roll it up into the included Gyro stuff sack for easy packing and you'll be back on the trail in no time.

Great Pad for the PriceI have the Big Agnes Two Track 1.5'. It is high quality, It rolls up nice and compact, It has its own stuff sack and comes with a repair kit. (What more could you ask for?).,,,,I recently used this pad when I went car camping a few weeks ago. It was comfortable and kept me warm. It got down to around 40 degrees at night. The top is lightly textured to limit slippage. The pad will slide around on the tent bottom it you really toss and turn, but if you don't move too much you will be fine.,,,,Only suggestion: If your space allows, go for the 2 in or thicker (for X-tra comfort).,,,,

Awesome pad, especially for the priceI'm a big fan of the big agnes two track. For the most part it's a self-inlatable pad, but to get it pumped up to the extent you want you may have to put a little extra in yourself. I've used it outdoors a couple times so far, and am preparing to go on a 5 week backpacking trip through the Northwest so hopefully I'll have some more feedback then. I love the 'stuff sack' it comes with. You don't have to deflate it completely in order for it to fit and the velcro straps make it easy to strap onto a pack.,,,,I'm about 5'11 and the regular fits just fine. Really comfortable pad.

I'd like to rate this pad higher, but...First, lemme say I really like the Big Agnes bag/pad system. I think it was very sharp of them to observe how little insulation value you get from the bottom of a conventional bag. And these pads work well, but I've had a lot of quality problems with them. Of the four pads I first bought for my family's bags, all four simply failed to hold air - I don't think we ever figured out exactly where they leaked out. Big Agnes was very good about replacing them though, even outside of the normal warranty period. But the replacements had problems as well - a couple of them unsealed around the valve assembly, and a couple delaminated the first time we used them (and they weren't overinflated, either - they were inflated by a couple of 10-year-old girls) and blew up like balloons. Again, Big Agnes was terrific about replacing them, but the whole thing was still an ongoing hassle that I could have done without. So far the final replacements have been okay, and I hope they stay that way.,,

Gets the Job DoneI have had this for many years and it has never let me down. It does not inflate very much however it is enough. The main purpose of one of these is not for comfort but to keep yourself from losing heat to the ground. It performs both functions so in my book its a good buy.

great gear to haveWe have two Two Track pads for a BA King Solomon bag. They fit perfectly and really add to the comfort of sleeping outdoors in a tent. They are easy to inflate and roll back up. We like them a lot.
