The Big Agnes Storm King 0 Degree Sleeping Bag is a cold weather sleeping bag with a semi-rectangular shape. The Storm King offers space for comfort while also providing an average packed size and weight, so you can bring it along whether you're car camping or backpacking. The bag is filled with DownTek, water repellent 650 fill down, which keeps you warmer (than regular down) in the event your bag gets hit with the wet stuff. The Flow Construction of the bag uses vertical chambers with Flow Gates to minimize the vertical and lateral shifting of the down. Sorry for sounding super technical, in short, it will eliminate cold spots, keeping you warmer in the cold of the night. The No-draft collar, wedge, and zipper prevent drafts from sneaking in at your neck, along the length of the zipper, and between the bag and the sleeping pad. The pad sleeve fits a 20" x 72" sleeping pad (regular length bag) so you won't roll off your pad again! Winter camping just got way more fun.

Great bag, very comfortable! This bag is great! Its like sleeping on your favorite sofa! i suggest using the Duo-core sleeping pad with the sleeping giant memory foam pad, This bag is very warm in the cold, but when you are not in the extreme cold, it is very breathable. I used it in 60 degrees, and did not sweat all night! It also has a very easy to use zipper, that you can pull from the outside or the inside. Like all zippers on any sleeping bag, it will get "cought up" in the material, however it will easily release the material with little effort. ,,FYI, if you sleep on your side, or move around alot while sleeping, this bag has a ton of room. I am very very happy, and warm!

Uber warm & super plush,,This bag is uber warm and super comfortable. My Storm King combined with a Q-Core SL and Sleeping Giant pad kept me warm and comfortable for five days deer hunting in WI, near the south shore of Lake Superior. To give you a better idea of what this means, nighttime temperatures were in the single digits without wind and below zero with it. In addition to warmth, the other main plus this bag offers is roominess, being a big guy this has been an issue with other bags I’ve owned. Overall, I had high expectations for the Storm King but in the end my expectations were matched and beat by its performance in the field. ,,

Are you a mummy? Then choose a bag that fits the living.I am not a mummy; This bag insulates well like King Tut’s bag and allows for movement of the body like your old Coleman rectangle bag.,,Before this bag, I used a Long and Wide size mat because I thought I needed a big mat; what I really needed was to simply stay on my mat. The Storm King’s incorporated mat allows me to stay on my mat throughout the night. Tip: Don’t skimp on the mat: this bag relies solely on the mat beneath you for insulation for the entire bag’s underside. I sleep cold: For me, the 0 degree rated bag serves me for three season weather. ,,Not a mummy? Get a bag for the living. Storm King: spacious, warm, needs a bomb mat, keeps you on your bomb mat. ,,

Absolutely Wonderful and So So WARM!This bag is worth every penny! I slept so warm and comfortably in this bag that I missed it every night I stayed in a hotel. ,,I hate being cold and this bag kept me so warm at night. My fellow travelers had big heavy canvas bags and they laughed at my tiny little high tech bag until they saw I was the only one getting a good nights sleep in sub-zero temperatures. ,,This bag dries extremely fast.

Great bag - great conceptDid some research on winter bags and came across the Big Agnes concept of integrated sleeping bags and pads. Matched this bag with the Big Agnes Two Track pad. Very satisfied - just got back from camping with this setup over a weekend with night-time temps ~10 F and one night of howling winds. I was nice and toasty with just a winter cap, wool socks, long underwear, fleece pants, and a light sweatshirt. No need for a coat or other heavy gear as I've seen others use in lesser bags. I am 6'0" and I have the long - fits nice. I actually slid down (on purpose) so that the top of my head was in the face hole - too cold to have my face out and exposed. That method worked great - no moisture build up in the bag from me breathing in it, and having the integrated pad allowed me to toss and turn to my heart's content without sliding off the pad. And l love the extra space around the elbows compared to true mummy bags. Bag is light and packs down great. Can't think of anything bad to say!
