This mattress fits into the sleeve of my Big Agnes bag and makes it SO comfortable to camp! I can flip around as often as I want (star gazing or critter watch) and never fall off! The I-beam construction makes it feel supported yet not as if you were lying on top of a balloon. We inflate with an air pump, but I've blown it up orally and it was up and set in minutes. Packs down teeny tiny too (important when trying to shove it all into my pack). The dual material choice gives the option of "keep me warm" on one side or "keep me cool" on the other. you CAN tell the difference. Love this product. Bought long though our bags are regular, just to have the option of sleeping outstretched.

I love sleeping on this pad! It's extra thick and works well for the bigger guys like myself. Not only is it really comfortable, but it also keeps me warm on the colder nights by adding a layer between me and the ground. It even fits perfectly with the Big Agnes sleeping bag I already have.I wouldn't spend one night without it!
This pad was very comfortable to sleep on. I sleep on my side and this pad kept my hips & shoulders off the ground. I have back problems, and sleeping on the ground or on 1.5 inch mats simply hurt my back. This mattress did not. I woke up as if I slept on my bed at home. I would highly recommend getting the 25 inch wide pad, if you roll around a lot in your sleep. It is very light & takes up little space in your backpack. On the down side, the pad did not keep me warm at 26F. My back & side were cold all night. There was no snow on the ground & I was in a tent with a waterproof floor. I have reservations calling this a 3 season pad. It did not seem very "insulated" to me.
"if you roll at all, get this sleeping pad"

not only do i love the warmth and protection from the ground that this pad gives, but i use to roll or slide off my other style air pads. this has raised rails that keep you on the pad all night and letting alittle air out makes it so comfy! you will love camping with this thing under you!

Wonderful pad. I have been using the Thermarest prolite for the last few years and loved it, but when it was time to replace I decided to go Q-Core and I'm glad I did. the difference is amazing. It insulates so well I found myself hot sleeping on partially snow covered ground. it was so thick it was like I had hiked in with an air mattress. the shape and design is also perfect because unlike the single stitch pattern you dont feel like your on a pool float. the only thing is it takes a hot minute to inflate so it can get a little old. but the big agnes pump house solves that issue right up and you get a nice little pillow which is cool too.
This sleeping pad is quite possibly the best sleeping pad I've ever had. It's super comfortable to lay on and it holds it's air really well. On top of all of that, it packs up incredibly small when deflated. The only downside to this pad is the amount of air it takes to inflate it. I have the large version of this pad. Curse my large stature. Anyway, after inflating it for the first time by mouth, I nearly passed out from exhaustion/lack of oxygen. Be warned! Take your time when inflating this manually.....for the sake of your health!
"Best nights sleep I have had on the GROUND !!!"

I am getting ready for a 90-day bicycle tour from Hatteras Island, NC to Astoria, OR and will be tent camping (i.e. sleeping on the ground) the majority of the time. I wanted the best air matress I could find and I believe after using this for several nights that the BA Q-Core meets the bill - it is really comfortable. I believe with a little care it will hold up for the trip.
