The Elk Park -20 Degree Sleeping Bag by Big Agnes is not ideal to capture and elk in. This Big Agnes sleeping bag is ideal for taking to the mountains for some real camping or elk spying. The Big Agnes Elk Park lets you dip down into some nasty, -20 degree temps without freezing your bum off. This Big Agnes sleeping bag features a larger rectangular shape to offer more room for your head, shoulders, knees and toes. I won't repeat that, but you get the idea. Big Agnes also uses YKK zipper #8s. I don't know why that last part is important, but whatevs.

"Leave the wife home- just got to bed with Big Agnes!!!!" 10/31/10

Bought this bag last year for a January weekend. Temps to 9* F at night, 30*F and damp during the day. Coupled it with an Exped 9 DLX. I had to sleep with the hood open and just a thin hat on. Woke up at 4 am to unzip the bag a bit. I'm normally a cold sleeper, but no longer! I'll just cuddle up with Big Agnes (Elk Park)!
