The cozy warmth has 25 inches of girth for bigger folks, or the person that just wants unrestricted space. The integrated pad sleeve secures a wide sleeping pad, preventing you from rolling off of it in the middle of the night. The outer shell is a nylon micro-fiber rip-stop with a water resistant treatment to repel water, a little more protection from tent condensation or drip from the lean-to. Great for sprawling sleepers. Warm despite loose fitI sleep best on my stomach with arms wide, legs out. Altogether the exact opposite of what a mummy bag forces you to do. This bag has tons of width, about 20 inches more in the shoulders than normal. Which means I can sleep almost like normal. If you need space to sleep this is the style of bag for you.,,,,I was surprised at how warm it is. Obviously, it does not fit you tightly, so there's a lot of room for air to circulate. Honestly I did not actually expect it be good down to 30. But, I've used it down to 15 degrees and been completely comfortable in just a single layer of long underwear and socks, without even using the hood. I'm a warm sleeper, but that's still pretty good.

Super warm and roomy bag!!This bag is comfortable feeling when it is fully zipped and I still have room to move around without my fleece base layers twisting around me. There is a toggle at the neck to pull the mummy "hood" snug around my face on cold nights. I have not experienced any draft points along the zipper since it is nicely overlapped with down filled fabric but it can get caught as you zip it closed - small price to pay to keep out drafts! You MUST purchase a sleeping pad for this bag. It has a sleeve along back that is intended to have a pad inserted into it.

Exactly what I was looking forAt 6'3" 325 lbs I needed a larger than usual bag! My first night temp was only down to 34 degrees and I was comfortable. I am an older man and anything other than my king size bed is a experience, however with the pocket for a pad this was a very pleasant and comfortable bag. The pocket is a huge plus that keeps you from sliding off to the side. From now on that will be a requirement on all my bags! A mummy style is just not an option for me, this bag seems to be exactly what I needed!

Bought for light weight bedroll on horse back.I am yet to use this bag but I bought it so I had a light weight bed roll while on horse back. I decided on the 30 degree bag since I was going to put it inside a canvas bag, with an air mattress and a silk liner. It is light weight and rolls all up in about a 7-8" diameter. I am 6'2" 220 and the fit seems good the one time I laid in it to try it out. If you buy an air mattress though go with a rectangular one. I bought the Z air pad which I figured was wide enough and fit the taper good but your legs will drop off the side since this is actually a wide bag in the legs. I like to have room around my legs and this bag should do it. Unable to rate it higher since I haven't really used it but I think it will do great with the set up I have. I like the idea of no fill under it since the air pad slips into the pocket.

Compressibly ComfyI am a 5'10" and 260, so BA Park bags are the only ones I can comfortably use.My Pacific Islander gf is cold-natured and likes the extra space of these bags.I have 3 BA down Park bags (different temp ratings). These bags are expensive, so sharing 3 bags allows us to be comfortable in many different temps. If it is 35-50 deg at night, I use this 30 deg bag and she uses the 15 deg bag.If it is 20-35 deg at night, I use the 15 deg bag and she uses the 0 deg bag.If it is 10-20 deg at night, I use the 0 deg bag and she uses both the 15 and 30 deg bags inside one another. If you decide to use one bag as an overbag, make sure that the zippers of both bags are on the same side when you order. If you want to use 2 bags to make a tandem bag, make sure the zippers on the 2 bags are different (one bag with a left zip, one with a right zip).Zipper side is determined by: if you lay on your bag, facing up (with your back towards the tent floor), a left zippered bag will have its zipper by your left arm.

Big, Warm, ComfortableBought for car camping, works perfectly. A bit heavy and bulky to hike with but for camping in a provincial park it's perfect.Needs matching mattress as not insulated on bottom, only a sleeve for the mattress.
