The Big House 6 Person Footprint by Big Agnes. To extend the life of your tent floor, we recommend using a Big Agnes footprint or ground cloth. The Big Agnes footprint also enables you to pitch a lightweight, Fast Fly shelter while leaving the tent body behind. The Fast Fly configuration requires the footprint, tent fly, poles and stakes.

Good but could have been betterI used this with my Big Agnes Big House 6 while camping in Tennessee. It did the job as far as complete under-layer coverage goes, but it was too thin for my taste. It was the same thickness as the tent. Big Agnes made an AWESOME tent, wished I could have said the same for the matching foot print. However, it is very light weight and easy to pack inside the tent's packing bag. I guess it would be ideal if you were hiking in and your tent location was going to be rock free. I brought a big canvas tarp, put it on the ground, then used the footprint on top of it.

Does what it is supposed to doThis is not an exciting purchase but is a very highly recommended purchase. The footprint works very well with the Big House 6 tent and gives you some much needed protection for the floor of your tent. It fold up reasonably small but this is for car camping anyway so who cares. The downside is that it is kind of pricey for footprint but on the other hand the tent is way more pricey so I figured I better protect it.

Undercover cover-upSince we live in the Northwest, when we got our "Big House 6," we were concerned that with all the rain - and Bigfoot still being at large, that our tent might get a bit soggy if we failed to notice and pitched it over one of Bigfoot's footprints. Bigfoot footprints are no match for our Big House footprint. And in summer we can set up our shelter with just the fly and footprint.
