Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST ROPE FOR THE MONEY I started using this rope about six months ago for lead roping, and I LOVE IT!! It takes falls really well, isn't too heavy (especially in my awesome Black Diamond rope bag ;) ), and, hasn't shown any signs of wear; or even dirt. I use it at least three times a week, so the fact that it is still its gorgeous purple amazes me. And who can beat that price?!? Definitely look into this rope, it's a great one.,,,,(Oh, and Beal will plant a tree somewhere if you do) :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great rope....what a value. This rope is a must have if you feel like you need 2-3 ropes in your arsenal. The diameter is perfect for someone that wants a larger rope with minimal weight. This thing might be a bit heavy for some to lead with, but amazing for TRing. I got a lighter one for leading, and strictly use this one for TRing my buddies. I was amazed how easy it was to handle straight from the bag. Flake it a few times to get any factory kinks out and you're off running.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome, pretty and does the job well! I'll start with the con so I can end happy: It has no middle mark! Pros: It's a pretty color and is soft, it's not THAT heavy, I mean it's a single rope so you can just carry one ten pounder instead of two five pounders, Beal plants a tree in Madagascar for you(maybe, the promotion was still in effect last I checked) and it's fun to play with and show your friends(I am still talking about the rope). Buy it! It's a great rope!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It works and it's cheap Does the job and held several falls over the last season. Seems to pick up tons of dirt though. I've washed it once and even after that it still like to turn my hands black. I try to keep my rope off the ground and on a tarp as much as I can too. I think next time I'd go for one that at least has a middle mark since this rope has gotten so dirty I can't see the mark I put on it anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't let the price fool you. This is a good rope. It does seems a little bit small for a 10.2 I would maybe go with a heavier rope for feeling safer. So far this rope has let me climb and rappell at the new river gorge as well as the red river gorge. It is a good product and I am thinking of buying a second for multi pitching. My friends always ask to borrow this it is a good rope and it's pretty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great rope Well im still alive. This rope works great not a whole lot of detail i can give here being my first rope i have owned. I like the rope much better then gym ropes. The only complaint i have is i wish they had a 30m option. I never use the whole 60m here in Texas. If I lived in Colorado or some place like that it would be worth it but very few climbs are that long here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid, feels good and good diameter good rope, i use it in the gym and outside at the local crag. Good diameter and length, feels a solid. Sheath is sweet and stands up to punishment and raps sweet with a atc. would recommend this rope to anyone thats going to use it but dont use it in the rain, its not a dry treated rope.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from liviana similar a una cuerda de diametro 9.8 pero con la resitencia y especificaciones tecnicas de 10.2,,muy liviana y facil de manejar, no se entorcha facil y sus 70 metros no se notan al llevarla en mi morral.,,los roces con aristas y bordes rocosos parecen no afectarle significativamente
