Like the other reviews, it is difficult not to make chocolate pudding. But, if that's what you end up with, it is really good! I though it was a bit much to add all the topping at once. Try adding it a little bit at a time as you eat.

I got a bunch of these for a month long road trip that included outdoor excursions. We made them in hotels, in the car, and out camping. The problem you can have with this product is if you stir it too much, it becomes pudding. There is a very thin line in which that happens and u turn the mousse into pudding. Either way it tastes the same (tastes like chocolate pudding), just the thickness is different. The two person suggestion is merely just that. You could definitely eat a whole one by yourself if you're big on dessert.

"Nice after a long day of trail food." 08/30/10

As with many other dehydrated food options, the amount of water utilized in rehydration is critical. Additionally, like every other trail dessert, in the end this is pudding. However, as far as pudding goes, this is a tasty treat at the end of the day. There is not much a coffee flavor (i.e. Mocha), but it does have a nicely sweetened creamy chocolate flavor that is typically missed in most bar and dehydrated versions of trail food. Clean up is a breeze, and we were able to fit our crew's garbage in the bag afterwords. Just bought some more for our next trip. A few desserts are always worth the extra pack weight!
