"Excellent Hiking Boots For Everyday Use" 01/22/12
I love these boots- I wear them every day on the job while hiking in the mountains for work. I use some waterproof-er on them for extra protection and they've only leaked once (my fault, deep snow). I recommend them for spring, summer and fall hiking. They aren't warm enough for the winter although I've used them on occasion then. My laces did fray at the ends after two years of use but I called Asolo up and they replaced the laces for free. They are solid boots that provide good support (I have bad knees and ankles) and fit well with arch supports.

This has been a really great boot. Lots of support and one of the best fitting boots I've ever had. Most boots don't fit around the heel and ankle well and allow for some heel lift which leads to blisters there. With these boots that problem was eliminated for me. The boots also work well with orthotic inserts. I use the Superfeet orange ones for added comfort and arch support and this has really been the best combo I've found so far. The front of the toe has started to show some signs of wear, but the boots have held up really well. Best boots I've ever had.

These boots are well constructed and great for hiking. I do recommend using a well cushioned hiking sock in order to add to comfort. I have tried these in deep snow and have been excellent in keeping my feet dry. These are excellent waterproof boots.

I've put over 100 miles on this boot since buying them in june. No complaints with the fit or fuunction of the boot and they are way comfortable. Accepts orthotic arch supports well also. My only complaint is they tend to hang on to a lot of dirt when hiking in dusty conditions. They clean up well though and are wearable to almost any occasion. My wife says I can't sleep in them though. If you're looking for a good sturdy boot, buy this one.

Great boot! Nice workmanship and quality leather materials. I own several of these and the TPS 520. They break in within a day and fit well. They have a nice natural walking stride to them and nice cushioning/shock absorption in the sole. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a good supportive boot. Orthotic inserts work great in them too.

These boots are almost immediatly comfortable. I am now in the process of buying my third pair. Only reason for change is typical long term wear on sole that is a product of bad pronation of my feet.

THESE BOOTS ARE EXCELLENT. THIS IS THE SECOND PAIR I HAVE HAD. THEY HAVE TRAVELLED ALL OVER THE RUGGED TERRAIN OF AFGHANISTAN AND THROUGH THE WAR ZONES OF IRAQ. NO BOOT HAS EVER HELD UP LIKE THESE. THEY ARE 100% PURE SATISFACTION!! THANKS FOR THE GREAT DEAL ON THEM
