"The 4x4 of harnesses" |
10/12/09 |
| Feels like nothing is there whatsoever. Awesome multiuse harness - it's like falling into a pillow. They run a little large - i'm 5.10 180 and use a Med. Went for it over the R320 for the adjustable leg loops. | |

"BEST HARNESS" |
07/15/09 |
| The thing that is soooo great about this Harness is that its for both Rock climbing and Ice Climbing ( the ajustable leg loops makes that possible). Anyways I used this BAD boy In Quito Ecuador Wile Climbing Ice on MT.COTOPAXI, and on rock in Kentucky. Arcteryx Also Has The best warranty (3 Years DUDE)... Harnesses dont get much lighter than this too.. so if u need a harness that is multifunctional, lightweight, beefystrong, safe, great warranty, and sexy. this is your harness. Sure it may be a few more bucks than those other harnesses, but hey were talking about your safty here. You wont be dissapointed with this product. Keep on truckin ARCTERYX. | |

"Paying for comfort, but not perfect design" |
07/13/09 |
| This harness is incredibly comfortable, light and packable. That said, there are a few features I really do not like. Auto-lock buckles don't make sense on this model and I find they get in the way when using this harness with crampons/skis. The gear loops are small in my opinion and I would prefer if they were a little more rigid. The haul loop was clearly an after-thought (it's small). The ice clipper slots are great, but the front right one is placed poorly and causes you to perpetually stab your quad with the teeth of your ice screws. The sizing is funky as well, try before you buy. But darn it is comfy, light, and packable...and expensive. | |

"super light" |

| Lightest harness I ever used and still comfy. Only issue is the rear leg attachment is hard to put on since the loop is almost too small for the hook. | |

"Great Multi-Use Harness" |
02/26/09 |
| Bought this over the R320 due to the adjustable leg loops. Both the leg loops and waist are super comfortable, fine for hanging in for quite a while. Very light and packs up to the size of a softball, probably my favorite thing about it. Gear loops are perfect and ice clippers will be great for screws. Only a few minor complaints. The haul loop is a pretty bad but you can easily get around this by just sliding a loop of dyneema on the waist belt. Also, the drop seat is impossible to actually use so I switched the hook with one from an Mammut harness. Overall, an amazing harness with some top of the line technology. If it helps for sizing, I'm 5'10" and 140lbs and the Med. fits perfect. | |

"cost... justified." |
08/05/08 |
| super light, completely adjustable fit maintains the sensation of nudity while climbing. taking a whip feels like falling into a chuck e. cheese ball pit full of smiling puppies singing the chorus to sweet home alabama. like being cradled in the arms of an octopus wearing eight oven mitts. it's comfy like a water bed full of fresh apple pie. more loops than the sport version for counteracting it's weightlessness with your sweet collection of jangle. | |

"A great harness for your Climbing needs!" |
06/12/08 |
| I was going to buy the 250 model the one with the non-adjustable legs but, Andrew, an awesome employee of the Rochester Moose, said, What if you wanted to do some outdoor climbs in the winter. With the realization that adjustable legs would be a good investment I went for the 350. I'm glad I did. Also, when you're not climbing you can loosen your legs for comfort. A definite Plus! | |
