"These are my go-to shorts" 08/22/12

I bought these for a trip out West to Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, Sedona and the like. In 8 days of travel, I wore these all but one day--flying, hiking, train ride, to dinner. They did the job, fit great and looked quite acceptable in all settings.I am tall (5'8") and fairly straight, so perhaps other reviewers would call me boxy. In any case, the size 8 was perfect, the length was exactly what I wanted, and the pockets were just what I wanted (a camera fit easily in a front pocket, a room key in a back pocket).

"Love the Length, but not the waist" 05/22/12

Great material, fantastic length, gits wonderfully everywhere else but the waistline. The waist bows out in the back when sitting down. Sadly, I'm returning them. Maybe a drawstring inside like the Yuma pants would be appropriate for these. Size 6 fit everywhere else. I'm 5'4", and a curvy 135 lbs and wear typically a size 6 or 8 in jeans/pants or medium. These are true to size, so no need to order larger like some brands. I ordered the 6 and it fit everywhere perfectly but the waist.

"Good Material and Length - Waist for boxier figures" 05/17/12

I do like the shorts, I am about 130 lbs, 5'4", curvy but slender build and 6 fits perfect except the waistline. I they are made for a boxier figure. I would have to wear a belt with these shorts to keep the waistline next to my body and from bulging in the back when sitting down. Because of that, I'm reluctantly returning them. I love the fabric and the way they feel on and the length falls perfectly about 1" above my knee. Sadly I'm returning the shorts.
