I bought the Covert to expand my warm layers collection. This is a great casual and technical fleece. I use this fleece as outerwear in fall and spring, but it must be worn beneath some kind of wind protective shell in the winter. The colors are vibrant and bright so you look good whether you are hiking out on the trail or lazing around the house. Doesn't get too hot indoors. Will most likely buy another when new colors come out. Very cute, very comfortable fleece.

"This jacket is the bomb!!!!" 02/12/12

I fell in love with this jacket the second I put it on! It's comfortable, keeps you warm, plus I got tons of compliments on the color (I choose purpura - love this color!!) I highly recommend!! Great fit & comfort!

"Highly Recommended!" 12/22/11

Love this. The small fits perfectly - I'm 5'7" and 120 lb. I got it on sale, but now that I've been wearing it for a few days I can definitely say it's worth the full price.The only tiny issue I've noticed is that the size zippers are protected by a fabric that's a little bit stiffer than the rest, so when it's fully zipped they buckle a little oddly. Otherwise, the sleeves are the perfect length and the back comes down to the top of the pockets on my pants, so not much of my back is exposed when I bend over. It also looks nicer than most fleeces - it's got a texture to it that almost looks like a fuzzy thermal in person.It's exceptionally warm and well structured. Definitely recommend.

"Incredible, & Way Beyond Expectations" 11/10/11

Bought for layering and found it to be so much more! Extremely warm, fits perfectly, and I always get compliments when I wear it as it is stylish and of very high quality. My boyfriend said if I was a jacket, I would be this jacket: refined, & elegant, yet practical and sporty, and very attractive! This is my first fleece and I don't believe you could find one more ideal that the Covert Cardigan! As for pilling on the inside collar, it take about two minutes to pull off the pills. No biggy! I washed it on warm, then dried it on delicate for 20 minutes, then let it hang. Perfect shape. Love it!

"Awesome fleece" 09/17/11

Love this fleece!! It'll keep you toasty warm and keep you looking stylish at the same time - how can you go wrong?? Layer a tee underneath it in warmer weater, a nice wool base layer in crisper weather or a soft shell over top when it gets nasty and you've got a hard working fleece layer! Like most Arcteryx, I found it best to size up in this fleece as it is a little short and a little on the snug side however I like to layer so a larger size tends to work best anyways. Wears well - no piling.

"Expensive, but totally worth it." 12/25/10

Love. Love. Love. So soft and warm. I'm 5'3", 105 lbs and got the XS. It fits great, even with my monkey (aka too long for my body) arms. I was surprised because most of my jackets are a little short in the arms. This one fits great though!

"Great Warm Sweater!" 11/07/10

I work as an environmental educator and have spend my days hiking outdoors with kids in New England and the Midwest and this is a really great product! I use this sweater three seasons out of the year and is really great while outside for long periods of time. It is much warmer then it looks and is thin enough for me to fit under my thick fleece jacket that I'm required to wear for work. Also it is great because it really conforms to your body! All around this is a versatile sweater that is both good looking and extremely functional!

"I love this cardigan! It sure doesn't look like one. Much better looking." 09/04/10

I have eyed this cardigan for quite some time and FINALLY tried it on. Wish I had done this before. It's a keeper. I love the style and it's cozy. The cardigan can be worn with jeans, casual pants, skirt, etc. and not look out of place. Good job Moosejaw!!

This product is great and looks good. Arcteryx is extremely helpful. One of the jackets that we currently own got a hole in it within the first week, and Arcteryx replaced it quickly and without much issue. This jacket is a keep and worth having multiple have.

"Beyond Amazing" 06/16/10

I love this! I wear it as a jacket all the time, and it keeps me as warm as if it WERE a jacket. Great to wear as a top layer, or even as a middle layer.
