The Arc'teryx Women's Cerium LT Jacket is a down insulated coat for mid-layer or stand alone use in the backcountry. The 8.3 ounce Cerium LT is lightweight and compresses down into an included stuff sack so you can pack it and forget it until you need it. The trim fitting jacket pulls over a baselayer in cool, dry weather and a hardshell fits over top when the temperature drops further or the weather gets wet. The insulation combines synthetic Coreloft (in moisture-prone areas) and 850 fill power white goose down in areas where warmth is key. The Airetica fabric protects both insulations from the outdoors, and a durable water repellent finish helps repel water from the surface. The elastic cuffs and hem block drafts and the jacket features only two hand pockets with zippers to help cut down on weight. Bring what you need, leave the rest at home.

Waist - Measure around the natural waist, which is often the narrowest part of your waist.
Hip - Measure around your hips at the widest part.
Sleeve Length - With your arms in a slightly bent postion, measure from the center of the back of your neck, along the length of your arm, to the wrist.
Inseam / Pant Length - From a standing position, measure from your crotch to your ankle.
Dress Length - Measuring the front of the garment from the neckline at shoulder to the hem edge.
Head Circumference - Measure the full circumference around the widest part of your head.

FIT TYPE INFO and DETAILS:
Next to Skin Fit - These snugly-fitting garments are made with stretch fabrics to fit next to the skin to enhance moisture management and thermal efficiency. Garments in this fit category when constructed using Arc'teryx's heavier-weight AR and SV fabrics also perform very well as mid layer pieces, and users should consider selecting a larger size to accommodate a base layer underneath if the intention is to use this layering system as a mid layer option.
Trim Fit - Trim-fitted garments share the motion-friendly traits with Arc'teryx "Athletic" fit garments, but are patterned with lower volume for reduced bulk. These close-fitting pieces layer well under other garments.
Athletic Fit - This is the "Arc'teryx Standard" fit. These complete patterns utilize anatomical shaping and gussets to enhance motion by minimizing excess bulk. Easy layering under or over each item extends seasonal versatility and comfort.
Relaxed Fit - Relaxed fit garments rely on higher volume patterns and a reduced amount of articulation to offer roomy mobility.
Expedition Fit - Cut roomier than the Arc'teryx Athletic fit and suitable for winter/extreme conditions, Expedition (XPD) fit garments are cut larger to accommodate multiple layers without binding or restricting movement.
• You can find the fit type and additional fit info for Arc'teryx styles in the product description FEATURES and SPECIFICATIONS.

Warm and lightweightI bought this one for my wife after having the male version for a year. Had to get used to the idea that this doesn't fit like my old Denali from TNF. This is much more form fitting. Wasn't sure about it at first but the longer I wear it the more I love it. My wife found herself borrowing mine all the time so we got her one this winter. Only complaint she had was that the color selections were not as wide as she would have liked. It fits true to size. Warms up fast (I drive 15 min to work and sometimes am unzipping and rolling down windows by the time I get there. Outside it is perfect. A shell is a must on cold windy days though.

WarmThis jacket is very warm and versatile. I am 5'8" and ordered both a medium and large to make sure I got the right size. I ended up going with the medium. There are two things I wish I could change about this jacket which is why I gave it 4 verses 5 stars - the collar should be a little more substantial and I wish it was a little longer.

Great jacketGreat jacket. It hasn't failed me yet. I have been very impressed by how warm and durable the jacket has proved for it's weight (275g or 9.7oz).
I have tryied the other jackets and have done a week research, it was a right choice, for sure.
I'm very content with the Cerium LT Hoody and look forward to years of warmth.

Never Had So Many Compliments...I thought this jacket was a little on the pricey side, but now that I have it, I see it was worth every penny. So light, yet so warm - perfect alone or as a layering piece on the slopes. The dark blue color is AMAZING, that's what people keep commenting on. Love this purchase!!

Worthwhile investment!I'm deployed to a far away place where the weather is as unpredictable as Donald Trump. Winter crept up and attacked us one day, and I was ill-fitted with an old North Face jacket. A good friend and resident subject matter expert on Afghan winters recommended Arcteryx, and I spent a hot minute hiding beneath my bed when I saw the prices of their outerwear. Worse case, I figured, I'd wind up looking like a marshmallow, but at least a warm mashmallow.
I bought this jacket after a bit of reading reviews from other websites. It arrived today, and it couldn't have been better timing-- it went from this-really-sucks cold to OMG-I-picked-the-wrong-occupation-in-life cold within a matter of hours. When I opened the box, I was shocked at how compact it was... and terrified. I popped it on for a quick test drive thinking I'd have to send it back and suffer a few more weeks, but as surprised a few minutes later when I felt remarkably toasty warm. I thought maybe it was hot flashes, so I stepped outside and bumbled around to see how well it held up to the cold. Surprisingly, I didn't feel any of it, and it's a rough 25-degrees Fahrenheit right now with a murderous wind. As thin as the jacket looks --and as much disbelief as I'm in-- it works wonders against the cold.
I haven't tested its durability against the rain and don't plan on it, and I can see myself popping on another layer for morale purposes if the wind decides to pipe up again. However, this jacket is anti-marshmallow and very form fitting, with just the perfect length in the sleeves and the waist (almost too perfect-- I rather it be a tad bit longer just for security purposes). At 5'8" and 130, I went with a small, and potentially should have went for a medium if layering up. However, again, it's true to size and fits perfectly, and even with the price has become the new love of my life. I can easily see this being perfect for those who are active and need a buffer between them and the cold, and would highly recommend it.
As always, MooseJaw was a miracle worker on fast shipping, great prices, and great incentives-- wouldn't shop anywhere else!
