ARC'TERYX MEASUREMENT GUIDE
How to Find Your Foot Measurements
Arc'teryx packs are sized either in 3-length options: Short (S), Regular (R) and Tall (T), or in 2-length options: Short/Regular (SR), and Regular/Tall (RT).
Sizing refers to YOUR OWN BACK LENGTH
Measure your Back:
• Measure along the spine between the 7th cervical vertebra and the level of the hip iliac crest
• Compare this measurement to the Sizing Charts
• It is possible to interchange different size shoulder strap and hipbelt components on many Arc'teryx Packs, but this will not change or affect the back-length of the pack.

Girlfriend loves itI recently bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday. She is so stoked. With her other harnesses she would constantly complain about her small gear loops and not being able to comfortably carry a decent sized rack. "small people have to carry gear too!" this harness seems to solve that problem! This harness has huge loops, they hang pretty low tho, wearing this harness for the first time you'll probably notice right away your cams are hanging lower down your leg than before. She got used to this right away and has had no problem. Its definitely a great all around harness, not much heavier than those lightweight sport climbing harnesses that last a week of hard cragging, and beefy enough for a big trad rack and comfy enough for glacier traveling. Plus ice clipper slots make it great for ice!
Also she was stoked on the colors!
The only con is the price. For a $150 you could buy three harnesses from other companies, we'll have see if its 3 times as good!

Dont Huge Me Im Scared from
FancyI bought this for myself for Christmas. So far, it's been super awesome. The harness is really comfortable, unlike most other harnesses I've tried. The material is really smooth and lightweight, but feels really durable. It's definitely a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it.
