Chest / Bust - Measure around your chest / bust, holding the measuring tape under your armpit.

Waist - Measure around the natural waist, which is often the narrowest part of your waist.

Hip - Measure around your hips at the widest part.

Sleeve Length - With your arms in a slightly bent postion, measure from the center of the back of your neck, along the length of your arm, to the wrist.

Inseam / Pant Length - From a standing position, measure from your crotch to your ankle.

Head Circumference - Measure the full circumference around the widest part of your head.

Hand Length - Measure from the tip of your middle finger to the base of the palm.

Hand Width - Measure the circumference of your hand around the knuckles, excluding the thumb.

• Please note that all the info provided above refers to body measurements, and NOT the dimensions of the garment.

Next to Skin Fit - These snugly-fitting garments are made with stretch fabrics to fit next to the skin to enhance moisture management and thermal efficiency. Garments in this fit category when constructed using Arc'teryx's heavier-weight AR and SV fabrics also perform very well as mid layer pieces, and users should consider selecting a larger size to accommodate a base layer underneath if the intention is to use this layering system as a mid layer option.

Trim Fit - Trim-fitted garments share the motion-friendly traits with Arc'teryx "Athletic" fit garments, but are patterned with lower volume for reduced bulk. These close-fitting pieces layer well under other garments.

Athletic Fit - This is the "Arc'teryx Standard" fit. These complete patterns utilize anatomical shaping and gussets to enhance motion by minimizing excess bulk. Easy layering under or over each item extends seasonal versatility and comfort.

Relaxed Fit - Relaxed fit garments rely on higher volume patterns and a reduced amount of articulation to offer roomy mobility.

Expedition Fit - Cut roomier than the Arc'teryx Athletic fit and suitable for winter/extreme conditions, Expedition (XPD) fit garments are cut larger to accommodate multiple layers without binding or restricting movement.

• You can find the fit type and additional fit info for Arc'teryx styles in the product description FEATURES and SPECIFICATIONS.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A rare meh I thought I'd really like the Taro color, but combined with the material it's constructed from, it looked rubbery or plasticy, esp. the raised bird logo, which looks like some extruded synthetic material. Doesn't feel like anything special, either. It's not trim, as advertised, just a little on the slim side. Cuffs are elastic but seemed loose. The upper limit of the zipper is around the neck, which would allow rain to get in. While this gives it a casual look, I imagine it would be annoying to have much rain coming in. I see this as an attempt to fill a niche in the casual market, but you can use many of Arc'teryx's fine jackets for everyday wear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Give this coat a break I'm not saying I disagree with the other reviewers of this product, but I feel like most of the complaints re: this jacket are along the lines of "I bought these bike shoes and they're the worst running shoes ever.",,,,Bottom line, you're not gonna find another Arc piece for this price. For a paclite shell, this is everything I wanted. The elastic cuffs are actually great for city use because I hate having to deal with velcro with mittens on. The low color COULD be a concern with moisture, but with the hood down (which mine generally is) it is so much more comfortable than the typical collar. If you want a rain coat that fits slim and gets you around town, this is IT.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from When they say lightweight, they mean lightweight I purchased this product for a friend, so haven't used it myself. It was a good price, due to being on clearance, possibly as it is a discontinued style. The jacket is very stylish, and was as described however both my friend and i were surprised at how thin it was. There is no significant lining to the jacket, so plan to use it as part of a layered system rather than standalone. Ultimately, he was happy with the value of the purchase though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product. Recently purchased this jacket as a throw in the trunk coat for when it rains and also use it for work. Great jacket, really light and fits great. The cut is hip length and the hood is oversized, so if you have a big dome like I do it allows for plenty of movement and then some.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Over-priced After spending 6 months with it I wish I would have bought something else. The hood doesn't cover much of the front of your face and the hood is HUGE. The cuffs are not adjustable and the cut isn't spectacular. ,,On the plus side, the gortex pac lite is great.
