"Warm, stylish and comfortable"  10/31/11

The Apache AR Zip is one of those garments that you could have a closet full of.It's comfortable, warm and well suited as a mid-layer, giving its versatility to 9 months out of the year in the PNW. It's easy to dress up with some slacks, or down with a pair of jeans, and I've taken mine from the mountains of the cascades to an evening out and been equally comfortable. It runs a touch small for layering, and will shrink a bit after washing, so be sure to consider that when ordering. Arc'Teryx is hard to beat when it comes to functional and sharp looking clothes.Cheers, and happy adventures!

"saweeeeeeeet"  10/18/11

Im 5'10 and 160 pounds and this jacket fits oh so nicely. It got down to 45 last night and I was just fine. Wore it today in the upper sixties and still felt great. Breathable and has a nice little pocket located on your left boobie. Would I recommend this jacket? Heck yes I would

"Great versatile fleece"  02/20/11

I LOVE this fleece, it is super soft, warm, and stylish. I actually got two of them, copper and Habanero. I love the colors, feel, and warmth. Face fabric is soft and seems to be durable. The DWR finish is a nice touch, it helped the other day with a light rain. It layers pretty well (the cardigan works slightly better for layering IMO). But it is definitely something you can also wear around town. Is not wind proof by any means but definitely hold it's own against a breeze better than most fleeces. I'm wearing it as I write this, and I am so comfy!

"overall i like this product very much"  11/11/10

it's well made, light but very warm. unlike the newer arcteryx jackets, like my gamma lt, this one is true to size and is not big and loose. overall i like this product very much

"Excellent sweater!"  01/28/10

Arcteryx makes great stuff! If you want a sweater that is slighly heavier, try the Covert Zip Neck (but it has a short zipper).

"Considering turning into a cartoon character so I can wear this every day."  12/15/09

I am very into all of Arc'teryx' technical stuff (Alpha SV, Beta AR pants, Arrakis 40 pack, and much more) but it's amazing that I can be just as excited for a fleece pullover. But just like all the other Arc'teryx pieces - the materials, construction and fit are unmatched. This pullover is very casual, yet somehow simultaneously technical looking. I love the chest pocket and "protected elbows".The fit is much more athletic than it being listed "relaxed". Truth is, unless you're overweight... no one should be wearing baggy clothes. The fit on this is PERFECT. I can definitely see me getting this in more colors.

"Great product"  10/21/09

This is a great sweatshirt for all occasions. Great for layoring or by itself on fall days. Fits perfectly under a jacket which makes it great for skiing.

"Everyday pullover to keep you warm and looking good"  08/18/09

It's pretty simple, the Apache AR Zip is great pullover. You can always count on Arcteryx products. A great outer layer for crisp fall days or mid-layer for brisk winter days.

"Great Warm, Soft"  05/13/09

This is one sweet sweater that'll keep you warm. Big-comfy, I wear it around the house all the time when it's a bit chilly.

"so soft i could wipe my bum with it"  04/07/09

i've had this bad boy for over two years, but for some reason never wrote a review for it... it still keeps me warm in wind/snow, but the fleece started to get fuzzy/(frayed?) this past winter. i've gotten about three numbers from girls while wearing this jacket, and i doubt they would have recognized me if i were wearing anything else.

"very warm and durable"  03/22/09

this is great looking pullover. the waist length and arm length are a bit short in my opinion though. compared to the maverick fleece from arcteryx, this thing keeps me warmer. the buckwheet color is awesome. durability is probably the strongest feature of this pullover, no pilling on this thing. the one thing that sometimes bothers me is the high collar- even when not zipped up all the way the collar is a bit rigid and i notice it being there.
