The Arc'teryx Index 5+5 Bag is a luggage organizer for travel. Opening like a book, the dual compartments have mesh paneling to contain items on each side. Lay it inside your larger duffel flat, or zipper the compartments together for a square shape. The dual handles are durable so you can grab and pull the Index out of your luggage quickly. The two attachment points allow for a shoulder strap (not included), for use as a solo carry bag.

Works well with the C/O case3 of these (or 2 and an Index Folder) will fit nearly perfectly in the Arcteryx C/O case. I was using similar Eagle Creek cubes, but these seem to be specifically sized, with a little space left at the top of the bag (I used this space to store pants). I was able to fit everything I need for a 7 day business trip in the C/O case, and this helped markedly in keeping smaller items organized and slightly compressed. It does come with loops to used with a shoulder strap. I really can't think of a scenario where I'd use one, but hey, they dont even come close to getting in the way.
