These are great liners for cycling gloves, work gloves, or any other glove. Even better worn alone for driving or anything else. I can use my phone & pick up change with them on, too! Very warm.
Let's start with the positive part. The 5% of lycra makes this liner a whole lot more durable than altnernatives with 100% merino. They fit nearly perfect except between the indexfinger and the middlefinger. It's very odd.
A bit pricey for a paper thin pair of wool inserts, but I have to say, they are nice for a paper thin pair of wool inserts. I underestimated the value of having a base layer for my hands, but if you are using a layering system something like this is a great start. I use these under another mid-weight wool insert and then another set of gripper gloves and an additional ski glove on top if I need it. There are not that many liners available that would fit under my 3-4 glove system. Very handy when winter hiking in Alaska.
"Not exactly what I thought they'd be..."

The picture is a bit misleading. The gloves look to be thick, but they're really just liners. While they certainly help, they cannot be used on their own. Also, the stitching of the thumb of one of the gloves started to pull apart within the first week.
As a first layer glove for really cold days or by itself on the not so cold days. All in all they stash easy to if not needed so really you can't go wrong with being prepared.
Great gloves, keep me super warm and stylin' at the same time yo! Seriously, these gloves are the best and everything I have ever purchased from Arc'teryx is top of the line and designed for the rugged outdoors.
