The Bolt AR Glove by Arcteryx. Built for technical activities, these weather-resistant and breathable gloves feature two distinct Polartec Power Shield textiles: A High Loft version insulates the fingers while a regular loft version on the cuff and back of the hand enhances breathability and mobility. Aggressive articulation provides exceptional digital dexterity, supple leather reinforces the palm and fingers, and a trim-fit cuff reduces layering bulk.

"Dexterity, Warmth, and Durability- All in One!!!" 12/20/11

I like thinner gloves, usually inserts, for a better feel of the ice axe. However, inserts either get cold/wet quick or tend to fall apart within a month. The fleece liner combined with the softshell outside makes for a perfect Ice climbing glove. The leather fingers and palm were made for belaying! My favorite part about the gloves is the dexterity though. After a couple weeks, it almost seems like the gloves mold to your hand.

"Great Glove" 11/22/11

I bought these primarily for skiing, yet knowing I was going Pheasant hunting in South Dakota last weekend. Well on Saturday it was 21 F with a windchill of about 6 and snowing, my hands were warm and dry all day. On Sunday it was 3 F when we stared and got up to 16 F and again my hands were warm with great dexterity...I could shoot and retie my boots with the gloves on the whole time...I am normally between a medium and a large, but the large was perfect.

"Great Gloves" 01/17/11

Snug and warm. Cozy interior despite very low profile. Leather palm is great. Wish they had XXL as they do run a smidge on the small side (I wear size 8 surgical glove and XL feels like it needs to be stretched out over a few weeks before it will fit just right). Glad I bought them and foresee that they'll last me a very long time...thus worth the money.

"Great Gloves when you don't need to use your big bulky ski/gloves." 01/13/11

I hiked along the Columbia River in the Pacific Northwest and found the gloves to protect me from the wind and cold temps in the teens. Love the fit and grip they provide.

"Just buy them" 10/29/10

These gloves are awesome. I have a fairly wide hand with relatively short fingers and these fit perfectly. It's kind of hard to get my hand in the glove as the opening is tight but once I have them on they fit perfectly. Lots of grip and dexterity. Not the warmest things on the planet but that's the trade off for dexterity. I plan on wearing these under big mitts for when it gets really cold and I out and about.

"If you need a softshell glove this is the one." 10/25/10

Articulated fingers, snug where it needs to be, but does not feel tight when you make a fist like most cheaper gloves. Easily worth $99 bucks! ps: I have big hands, and the XL is just barely big enough. Keep that in mind if you have trouble finding gloves that fit.
