The Arc'Teryx Blade 28 Backpack is a travel backpack for overnight to two day stays. Built for the saavy business traveller, yet completely capable of hauling electronics for weekend adventurers, the thermoformed padded backpanel and dual density shoulder straps makes rushing through the airport simple. Opening from the side, a laptop-specific compartment protects up to 15" laptops while a special sleeve protects your tablet (or e-reader). The main compartment fits your folder and behind a zippered panel you can hide away your clothing and toiletries. There is an internal organizer so you don't have to root around for hours looking for the little things and an external stash pocket has a key clip for easy location when you get back to the car upon your return. Hide your passport in the sneaky pocket at the backpanel, where others won't even think to look. Shoot, did I just ruin the secret?

ARC'TERYX MEASUREMENT GUIDE
How to Find Your Foot Measurements
Arc'teryx packs are sized either in 3-length options: Short (S), Regular (R) and Tall (T), or in 2-length options: Short/Regular (SR), and Regular/Tall (RT).
Sizing refers to YOUR OWN BACK LENGTH
Measure your Back:
• Measure along the spine between the 7th cervical vertebra and the level of the hip iliac crest
• Compare this measurement to the Sizing Charts
• It is possible to interchange different size shoulder strap and hipbelt components on many Arc'teryx Packs, but this will not change or affect the back-length of the pack.

Great Backpack for Overnight StaysThis backpack is great for overnight stays. It offers enough volume for working equipment and presentation aids, such as laptop, tablet, phone and chargers, a notebook and pens. The number and size of pockets works well for me and travel documents and wallet are easily accessed (given you had put them in proper pockets beforehand).
The only drawback I found is that the backpack's back is not supported very well - a common feature in backpacks for hiking. However, generally I can recommend this backpack to everyone looking for an alternative to carry-on pieces on wheels.
