ARC'TERYX MEASUREMENT GUIDE
How to Find Your Foot Measurements
Arc'teryx packs are sized either in 3-length options: Short (S), Regular (R) and Tall (T), or in 2-length options: Short/Regular (SR), and Regular/Tall (RT).
Sizing refers to YOUR OWN BACK LENGTH
Measure your Back:
• Measure along the spine between the 7th cervical vertebra and the level of the hip iliac crest
• Compare this measurement to the Sizing Charts
• It is possible to interchange different size shoulder strap and hipbelt components on many Arc'teryx Packs, but this will not change or affect the back-length of the pack.

AwesomeThis thing is a beast. Not the lightest of course, but you can really beat this thing up and haul a ton of stuff. Keep in mind it only loads from the top or via a giant side zipper. The adjustments and suspension system are really comfortable, especially the rotating hip belt. The top pocket is roomy and perfect for storing smaller items and snacks outside the bear can. The straps on the outside can simultaneously hold poles, axe, skis, etc. Of course it is pretty much waterproof (closes like a dry bag) but the side zipper means it is not submersible. I bet you could float on it in an emergency though I have no interest in finding out.

a large mouth opening on the top as well as a large zipper down the side to help you find all of yoThere is a large mouth opening on the top as well as a large zipper down the side to help you find all of your gear. I am someone who beats up my gear and I have had this pack for about two years so far, used it on about 10 trips, and never had an issue, partially because it fits me so well. There aren't too many pockets on this pack, so the more organized you are the better. The Arrakis can hold a ton of gear and I have been able to use this pack on trips as long as 10 days. There are even removable straps on the outside just in case you need to strap additional gear onto the outside.、

very robust and durable packIt's a little heavy for me because of its robust and duable fabric. Its AC2 suspension system doesn't fit me very well in last 2 trips and it also needs to be adjusted to my back. and it is basically waterproof, but i've found there is a tiny hole on the top zip, so dunno if it can withstand a downpour. there aren't too many pockets on it, there are straps on the outside can strap your special gear. i think it's made for claimbing snow mountains and skiing. it's a little pricey, but the best 65L pack you've owned.

A great packThe material is unlike any other and is not easily torn. I did separate the material from the frame on the last one I had but i was carrying tremendous weight (drill, hardware) and it was 6 years old and even still arcteryx offered to repair it or sell me another pack at wholesale. They are the most commited to warranty of any company. This pack is the best designed and most durable money can buy. Well worth the price...
