ARC'TERYX MEASUREMENT GUIDE
How to Find Your Foot Measurements
Arc'teryx packs are sized either in 3-length options: Short (S), Regular (R) and Tall (T), or in 2-length options: Short/Regular (SR), and Regular/Tall (RT).
Sizing refers to YOUR OWN BACK LENGTH
Measure your Back:
• Measure along the spine between the 7th cervical vertebra and the level of the hip iliac crest
• Compare this measurement to the Sizing Charts
• It is possible to interchange different size shoulder strap and hipbelt components on many Arc'teryx Packs, but this will not change or affect the back-length of the pack.

Fantastic Pack for Running, Hiking, and Day UseI have owned an Arc'teryx Aerios 10 for three years, and I love it. Everything about the pack is well considered.,,,,1. Narrow profile. Sits between the shoulder blades without restricting motion. (I've run several ultramarathons wearing the Aerios. No chaffing, no soreness.),,,,2. Elastic sternum/waist straps. You can hug the Aerios very closely to your body and still breathe naturally (chest wall and diaphragmatic).,,,,3. Bungie straps. These modulate the pack size from a thin Camelback to 10L with extra layers strapped to the outside. Also keep everything from shifting (NOTHING moves).,,,,This is a great pack. Wear it running, climbing, hiking, or to work. Hell, run to work with it.

The best lightweight hydration pack on the marketIt is easy to say enough good things about this pack. It is lightweight-the lightest that I could find -extremely breathable, and the perfect size for running. ,,,,I like to run, but I have been finding myself losing steam quicker than I should-I think because I am getting dehydrated. I decided to go with a hydration pack because I am used to carrying a pack for work, and the belts always seemed awkward to me. ,,,,This pack stays tight on you while running, but it doesn't give the same sweaty back syndrome that you are used to because of the mesh system Arcteryx uses. It is simply the best. It also fits my lightweight Osprey 1.5 Lt reservoir perfectly. Also, i am planning to use this on vacation when just walking around when i need to carry water, an umbrella, and keys.,,,,The Riptide color is a lot more beautiful and masculine than I expected that it would be-the color online does not do it justice. It is a rich, deep, vibrant color.,,,,Expensive, but worth it.

GreatThe color is bright & the backpack is great, only a little small than I expected. But it doesn't a matter, I love it very much.
