"Realistic first aid kit"
11/13/12
I paid $20 for a first aid kit from walmart to go in my wife's car; it was a joke, it had 150 bandaids in it and very weak emergency care stuff. i returned it and will be replacing it with an adventure medical kit of some sort. I purchased this kit for me for hiking, adventuring, and such. i have not "used" it yet and i guess hope i never do. but i have opened it and looked through it and it offers a realist level of protection. i will be adding some things of course, but serves as a great foundation.

"Great for the money..."

Yea, I could probably build my own First-Aid kit that would be better than this one but that would cause me two problems. I would buy the most expensive bag and stuff and I would overfill it! This has everything I need and I don't have to even look inside until it needs to be used! Its a good buy!

I take this when I'm biking or on day hikes. It weighs almost nothing and covers most of the basics you need on the trail

"For things that go ow in the night or day."

What drew me to this kit is it's waterproof and soft-sided. Not necessarily all-inclusive, but a basic pack that can be supplemented with specific items for specific scenarios. As a kayak camper, this served as an insurance policy should something go amiss. Never had to open it, thank goodness, but it was reassuring knowing that it was in the pack.

"Lacks where it's needed most- don't go this cheap"
02/12/11
I bought this product hoping that it would come with the essentials of what is needed when going backpacking. I was disappointed to find that this First Aid Kit is skimpy on things that one would most likely need. Only one Aspirin & antihistamine? Really? Alot of weight from individual packing that could have been used for substance. Here's a list of things it does not have: collapsable scissors, elastic wrap bandage, burn ointment. I am going to supplement this kit with pepto-bismol, aspirin, Ibuprofen, benadril, Triple Antibiotic ointment, and a roller gauze bandage. Less than 3 pills of each listed is simply not enough for 1-4 people for up to 4 days. Don't make my mistake and go cheap.

"Handy, Durable, and Expandable"
05/16/10
I got this kit because, well, let's face it, accidents come looking for me. And it is always best to be prepared, no matter where you are. This kit is lightweight, functional, yet has room to add in the little extras you may need. The inner bags are extremely durable and watertight, and despite their being a Ziploc-style, they seal and stay sealed, even when packed full and bounced around in a pack or the back of a Jeep.

"Nice product"

This kit is awesome. It has everything I would need should I cut off an appendage in the mountains. Everyone should get one of these kits...just to have in your vehicle.
