So, I have yet to actually wear these out in the snow, rain or trail. Which was my purpose in buying them. However, after previously buying a pair of ACG's that obliterrated my feet a few years ago after only 6 miles - I've gotten accustom to wearing my new boots/trail runners around the house to break them in a bit. I've done that with these and here are the details.1)Extremely comfortable. The inside is very minimal in design and it's very much like a sponged sock. Nothing to snag or scrape your foot inside - perfect. 2)Very warm and insulated. After an hour or so of just walking around my house to break them in, I've gotta take them off because they simply get toasty! A good thing if it's blistery outside or when your camping or hiking in the evening. Bad if it's moderately warm out and also there are no holes in the shoe for ventilation. 3)They look terrific! Remember this when your out on the trail. You might want to dress down the rest of your gear. These are semi flashy (
