We Price Match!

We need your help to always make sure Moosejaw has the best prices in the world. You may even benefit in the process. If you find an identical product at a lower price and in stock on another site we will match the price and throw in 1,000 extra Moosejaw Reward Points (products over $100) on top of the 5% in points you already get back.

Here's how it works:

• Place the order on Moosejaw.com at our current price.
• Email us within 24 hours that you are requesting a price match, including a link to the site where you saw the lower price.
• We will adjust the price and take care of your Rewards points.
• After your order ships, the Rewards Points will show up in your account.

The product we are price matching needs to be identical - that means the exact same size, color, season, etc. - and must be in stock on both the competitor's site and at Moosejaw. Additionally, the price we are matching must include all costs the competitor would charge you for the item including shipping where applicable.

In order to take advantage of this fabulous Price Matching Program, you need to contact us anytime before you place your order or up to twenty-four hours after you place your order.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Our lawyers made us write that 1,000 Moosejaw Rewards Points will only be awarded on price matches greater than $1. For example, if you find a jacket for 5 cents less at a competitor, we will gladly match the price if it's identical and in stock, but you don't get the 1000 points. Also, the 1,000 Rewards Points are only awarded when the product itself is over $100. For example, if you find a Nalgene for $1 less at a competitor, we will gladly match the price if it's identical and in stock but since the Nalgene is under $100, you don't get the points.

I'm sure you could have guessed, but when you do a price match, you cannot combine it with other offers like Gifts with Purchase, Coupon Codes and other promotions. If you prefer the promotion to the price match, just know you can do one or the other but not both. Orders shipped to Michigan or Illinois will be charged the applicable sales tax after the price match is applied.

Also, the Price Match Program EXCLUDES:

• Prices for items on auction sites such as eBay
• Clearance items, defined as prior season goods at discounts of greater than 40%
• Items that are not in-stock or not sold through Moosejaw.com
• Prices of companies based outside the USA
• Scarpa, Suunto, and Yakima products. Don't blame us
• Gift Cards
• More than three of any single item
• Items being purchased for resale
• Orders placed on MoosejawRewards.com
