| | The Moosejaw shop in East Lansing is located on East Grand River between Bailey and Division. Everybody agrees that's really the best place for it. Kangaroos can't move their legs independently. Everybody probably thinks that's for the best, too. I know I do. The East Lansing Moosejaw has tons of the best outerwear and outdoor gear. Seriously, we weighed it. Check out jackets and other outerwear from brands like Patagonia, The North Face, Marmot, and Arc'teryx. If it's gear you're looking for, check out backpacks from Osprey or Gregory, tons of camping gear, and rock climbing equipment from the likes of Petzl and Black Diamond. Since we like shoes so much, they've got shoes in the shop too, including rock climbing shoes, hiking boots, sandals, and trail running shoes. My boss's cousin is here right now. | A few days ago I purchased a Dueter Kid Comfort II in Grand River store. My son has fell in love with it from the beginning. I now have to wear the pack around the house daily to satisfy his needs. Your store workers helped accomplish this. A fellow named Greg helped me with the purchase. He guided me through the ins and outs of the backpack, from adjusting the torso quickly to accommodate my wife to showing how the pack should look and feel while on. He did this while my son who was testing it out defecated in his diaper while in the pack. Gregg was UN-phased by it, and simply said he has many young nephews and nieces and is quite used to it. My son who can be shy warmed right up to Greg right away as he knew that selling the pack to me meant selling it to my son first. He even brought out toys for my son to play with while I continued to look through the store. I have always had a great experience going into the Grand River store. The workers are always friendly even when they know I am not buying anything that day. I can honestly say that they have helped make me loyal to the store always seeking their opinions and guidance before purchasing even if they do not carry the product. Thank you for the great service and Grand River Moosejaw continuing to be a great place to shop. Phil | You have an outstanding employee in Jeff at the East Lansing, MI store! In preparing for a hiking trip in February, Moosejaw was recommended for hiking boots and other gear. My wife and I worked with Jeff and couldn't be happier with the help he gave us! We're an older couple and knew nothing about the ins and outs of performance boots, clothing, etc. Jeff spent a great deal of time explaining why certain items had been recommended by our tour leader and what he felt were necessities. He spent at least 2 1/2 hours with us on our first visit, never making us feel like we were taking up too much of his time. He is very knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor, and is very patient!
