This jacket was everything I was expecting from North Face and more. It's light as a feather, has incredible heat retention, and is also completely water-resistent with North Face's FlashDry technology. I'm 5'8" and Medium was a little short, but that was nothing MooseJaw exchanges couldn't handle. I couldn't be happier with this product, I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone and everyone.

It's super lightweight, has incredible heat retention, and is also completely water-resistent with North Face's FlashDry technology. It doesn't hurt that I've gotten many compliments on how it looks too ;) I couldn't be happier with this product, I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone and everyone.
Great weight-to-warmth ratio in cold weather for active pursuits, or just throwing on for some coziness in cool weather. Decently weather resistant, very comfy to wear, and looks good..fits blockier than some others of this ilk, making it something you'd throw on over the top of the others if you own both. I find the nano puff kind of fits like that also. Less breathable than the Atom LT and TNF Cipher and such..those have more stretch and breathing panels to allow you to shed heat as your activity goes up. This has the flashdry material so the material itself is pretty breathable, but not quite up to the level of vents. If you run pretty warm like I do, this may get toasty.
