I was a little hesitant spending this kind of $ on a pair of tights but I took the plunge. I am an avid runner but often have little time. I bought these for their claim of shorter recovery between runs and reduced injury. I have been running long enough to know how my body reacts and I must say I can tell a difference. My recovery period is reduced when I wear these. I am able to run the next day without fatigue, increasing my ability to increase milage and speed more quickly. While they are expensive, I have found them worth the price due to my ability to reduce the time between runs and reduced need to stretch before and after.
